ABRITES Update 35.7 Expands Key Programming and ECU Diagnostics for Major Vehicle Brands

The build widens key programming, ECU and TCU personalization, module replacement, mileage calibration, and service procedures for VAG, Renault, Subaru, Mercedes-Benz, Jaguar, Land Rover, Ford, Toyota, Lexus, Nissan, PSA, and BMW platforms. The RH850/V850/NCF Programmer and the ECU Programming Tool receive capability expansions alongside the online suite, with corresponding offline diagnostic applications updated in parallel. For shops running AVDI, this is a license-and-cable exercise before the next bench job arrives.

VAG: MQB 5C Key Recovery and DQ Transmission Reads

Version 35.7 introduces an All Keys Lost path for MQB 5C vehicles that bypasses the prior synchro-data requirement. A new VN025 license gates the routine. In-vehicle reading of DQ200, DQ250, DQ500, and DQ381 transmissions is improved for direct AVDI access without intermediate adapters. Shops handling MQB 5C all-keys-lost cases without backup synchronization data should confirm VN025 authorization before scheduling the work. The elimination of synchro-data dependency shortens bench time but does not remove the requirement for stable supply voltage during write cycles.

Renault: Module Replacement and ADAS Reset

The Renault diagnostic suite gains four procedures under license RR031: navigation module VIN mismatch recovery, UCH and navigation module replacement support, JTEKT EPS recovery from Fail-Safe Mode, and front radar (Distronic/ADAS) reset after crash events. VIN calibration for ATE ABS modules is added under the existing RR024 license. Fail-safe EPS modules and post-collision radar calibrations now resolve at the AVDI bench without routing through dealer-side tooling.

Subaru 2023+ and Mercedes FBS4 Manager v2.17

Subaru coverage extends to model year 2023+ vehicles with All Keys Lost and Alarm OFF routines, gated behind a new SB004 license. Mercedes FBS4 Manager v2.17 adds VGS3-FDCT (8G-Tronic) personalization without previously saved FBS4 data (MN040), VGS3-FDCT software reprogramming via OBDII (MN032), VGSNAG3 (9G-Tronic) personalization without FBS4 data and without a Distribution Box (MN040), and VGSNAG3 virginisation without a Distribution Box (MN032). CRD3MFA1 ECU support expands across the latest software versions under MN032 or MN034. Removal of the Distribution Box requirement for 9G-Tronic work reduces hardware overhead for module-replacement jobs.
